Jan Scheepers, the driving force behind Next Gen Consulting, brings over 30 years of expertise in Human Resources, Industrial Relations (IR), and safety management. With a foundation in Industrial Engineering and an Advanced Diploma in Labour Law, Jan has managed HR operations for large workforces, handling recruitment, training, payroll, and labour negotiations. His deep understanding of HR policies and labour law, training and statutory compliance makes him a trusted consultant for businesses looking to enhance workplace productivity, resolve employee relations issues, and ensure compliance.
